TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Orders:
All purchase orders (PO's) must be in writing on customer's official PO form or company letterhead. The PO must include the customer's name, address, phone number, fax number, item number/name, quantity, unit price, item color, imprint color/colors, ship method, ship to address, ship date, in-hand date and any other applicable information.

Changes to Orders:
Changes to PO must be made in writing and must be approved by Chillus prior to the changes becoming effective. Faxing a request without any confirmation by Chillus will not be considered a valid change and customer will be billed for the original order. Customer is responsible for any and all incurred costs prior to change approval. If customer does not receive a confirmation of the change it may not have been received or approved.

Order Cancellations:
Some orders may not be cancelable – contact Chillus for cancellation policy. When approved, cancellations must be in writing. The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as set ups, printing, proofs, artwork, packaging and any other expenses incurred by Chillus. There will be a charge of 20% of the item cost with a $45 minimum restocking charge for blank items plus all freight costs.

Prices:
Due to currency and materials fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, production times and, or descriptions found on 3rd party databases, websites, flyers or catalogs.

Sales Tax:
In accordance with Texas law, goods shipped to an address within Texas will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit or tax exempt permit issued by the State of Texas and has provided Chillus with a valid resale or tax exempt certificate. Please contact our accounting department prior to ordering for instructions on how you may qualify for an exemption from the tax.

Returns:
A request for a return for credit or refund must be in writing, state the specific reason for the return and submit it within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product. Chillus must approve all returns in writing. Refusing, abandoning or sending back a shipment without Chillus approval does not constitute an approval by Chillus. When approved, returned products must be in the same condition as when they left the factory and the return will only be for the quantity returned. Contact a customer service representative for a return authorization. There will be a 20% with a $40 minimum restocking charge for blank items plus all freight costs. Decorated items are not returnable due to customer error.
